Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness... Matt. 6:33a

Salvation

Have you ever wondered what will happen at the end of your life? To answer this question, we must begin with God’s love.

The Bible tells us: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” ( John 3:16-17)

God’s love made a way to save you from perishing in everlasting punishment. His Son was given so you could have everlasting life.

The Bible explains: “… Christ (His Son) died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures.” (I Corinthians 15:3)

God’s love proved true when His Son, Christ Jesus, rose from the dead to everlasting life. You, too, can have this everlasting life.

How can you get everlasting life?

Admit that you are a sinner.
“For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)

Admit that you are deserving of death.
“For the wages of sin is death…” (Romans 6:23a)

Admit that God has a gift for you.
“…but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23b)

Tell Jesus you are a sinner. Ask Him to forgive you of your sin, take His gift.
“That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans 10:9-10)

Don’t delay your decision, you may not have another opportunity.
“For He says: “In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.”  (2 Corinthians 6:2)

Eternal life is certain.
“These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.” (I John 5:13)

Prayer: Jesus, I admit that I am a sinner and deserving of death. I know that you died on the cross for my sin. Please forgive me for my sin and save me. Thank you Jesus for giving me a new life, Amen.

What should I do now?

After you are saved God wants you to tell others.
“Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven.” (Matthew 10:32)

Then God wants you to be baptized and join a Bible-believing church.
“Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them.” (Acts 2:41)
