Have you ever wondered how you were going to make it through the day?  Maybe you have some struggle going on right now and you can’t even begin to come up with a solution.  Life is stinking hard and with the availability of the internet and cell phone and every other tech that is at your finger tips everyone seems to be telling you what you should do.  Most of the advice is unsolicited and even unwanted but still you have plenty of people giving you direction.  Sometimes it just makes you want to go away to a place where nobody knows your name and no one can find you, especially all the people who want money, right?

Well, I can’t help you get to that hiding place, believe me if I could I would already be there sometimes.  However, I can tell you that you are not alone.  Every person that has ever lived or will ever live either has been or will be overwhelmed at some times in their life.  I like to blame it on the fast paced world of today but that is not really the root of the problem.  The real root of the problem is that we have gotten our priorities all mixed up.

There are so many things we have to do and that we want to do that sometimes we spin in circles trying to figure out how I’m going to do that.  We place ourselves at the center of our world and try to fit everything else in around us but there are not enough hours in the day.  The real problem with all this is that one of the things that seems to be on the outside looking in is God.  When He becomes one of the things we have to do today He has been reduced to a low priority and may never get His turn.  Instead of prioritizing things around the center that we call self we need to place God in the center and He will prioritize everything for us. not only that but He will help us through these times.   After all, He is the one that created us in the first place so I’m sure that He knows the best ways for us.

Place God first and come join us this Sunday at 10:45am.

God Bless You,
